Ethnix by Raymond has opened its largest flagship store at Ajmal Khan Road, Karol Bagh. The store covers an area of approximately 5,300 square feet spread over three floors. The store has a huge facade of about 60*40 feet.
Preeti Chopra, National Business Development Manager – Retail at Raymond Limited, speaking on expansion plans, said: “Ethnix by Raymond is not a new category as we made a foray in 2018, we opened around 40-45 new outlets. But the pandemic hit the whole world and we took a cautious break. But this year our target is to open 150 stores by the end of March 2023. We are aiming for a cluster approach by opening stores in Chandigarh, Ludhiana so that customers can eventually identify with the brand and the store.”

Bidyut Bhanjdeo, Head of Sales, E-Commerce and LFS, Raymond Apparel said: “The store was designed with a basic format which can create a different experience in the flagship store, the entrance of the store is displayed with the Indian art forms. The staircase also has an elegant look with many paintings depicting Indian art forms. Our entire store design is inspired by the Indian artist and his art forms.”
“The wall behind the checkout counter is adorned with paintings and sculptures by Indian artists and this has been a point of differentiation from our flagship store. As this is one of our brand’s largest stores, we dedicated an entire second floor to the Groom section, as they usually take 2-3 hours to complete their purchase. We want to create a place where we can provide a unique experience for the groom, especially with our designer clothes and with the space we can accommodate 5 bride and groom at a time.“, he added.
